QuickCharge is a Singapore brand, and the Mercury 7 II occupies a useful niche: a portable Mode 2 charger that carries LTA type approval, rather than a generic import. That matters for renters, owners with more than one parking spot, and anyone who cannot hardwire a wall unit.
